Books, books, books!

Leo walked into the large library with a light step. He'd always loved books, and had taken many an oppurtunity to go into this library before. He smiled at the decrepit old librarian by the door as he walked by, who didn't even look up from his books.

Looking behind him, he checked for Kyne. Kyne was there behind him, bored (as he often would be with books) but apparently in a good mood none-the-less.

He yawned quietly and walked over to a dimly lit corner with some chairs. "If you want me, I'll be sleeping. Stay out of trouble, okay?"

Leo nodded and headed off to find something interesting to read.

shida being tired from a long journey from before had made her way to find the large and magnificant library of the city. she aimlessly wandered the long aisles of books until she found a particular book that intrigued her. taking the book she found the oddest place to read it. somehow managing to get atop the large crystal chandalier she drifted into a dazed sleep.


with the chandalier buckling under her weight it went crashing to the floor loudly making the walls tremor, as books fell from shelves. miraculously shida had not been woken up by the disturbance she made.

Leo jumped when a large, dusty, crystal chandelier fell down from the ceiling and crashed to the floor. He had been just about to reach for a book, in fact, and had no idea what was going on. He had almost turned back to grab the book when he realized that there was a girl on the chandelier!

He turned around and walked over to her. She appeared to be sleeping. So he nudged her.

"Uh... Miss... You seem to have crashed your chandelier...."

shida felt slight nudge."mmmmm.....who..who are you...?"shida blankly yet tiredly stared at the young man who nudged her. having noticed the several shards of crystal were spread all over the floor she tilted her head up and down eyeing the stranger.
shida tried to pull herself out out of the chanadlier base , but was wedged in tight enough to get herself stuck.
"ah .... dammit can u be of any use and help me out...here" sida winced as a crystal snagged on her arm leaving a cut as thin as a knife blade. shida felt the blood dripping to the floor, fainting when she saw the sight of red.

He smiled friendily. "I'm Leo." He watched the new girl look him over before asking for some help, cutting herself, and fainting at the site of her own blood.

"Um... I guess I can help," he said to the fainted girl. He walked over to her and grabbed onto her arm, but realized that there was no way he could lift her out himself. Magic was obviously the answer here.

He cast a weak earth spell on the remaining metal and crystal, making it loosen her from it's grasp. Then Leo grabbed onto her hands and pulled as hard as he could.

shida could fell slight tugging on her arms, and had come to, finding herself unstuck from the chandalier.
" thanks for helping me .... ummmm.....by the way my names shida... can i ask how u got me out of the chandalier?" shida unoticingly blushed.

shida slightly fell forward to where leo was as she held her arm, looking down.

Leo caught Shida as she fell foreward once again. She was about four or five inches shorter than him (which says a lot, because he himself was a short guy) but the height difference didn't make too much of a difference.

Leo couldn't handle holding her up, not being very strong, either, and they both fell down. Leo landed firmly on his rump, with Shida on top of him.

"Uh.... Shida...? You're smooshing me."

shida fell with the motion of leo's weight collapsing underneath." mmm.... i know "she smiled
shida was moving closer than she already was on top of leo. as shida moved her hand her precious ring slipped off her finger. shida was now face to face with leo while still on top of him.

Leo's face lit up bright red as she seemed to be taking joy in her precarious position. He tried to push her off, hands accidentally slipping down onto her breasts, when he heard another's footsteps.

"What the....?"

Leo looked over to see Kyne standing near a shelf, looking disgruntledly at Leo.

"Looks like an interesting book you've got there, Leo." He said scathingly in his companion's direction.

Leo's heart began to beat faster with the shock of the whole situation. "I.. Uh, it's not... Um..."

Pulse racing, he suddenly began to feel dizzy and then passed out.

Kyne took a step closer. "Leo?"

shida turned her sligtly glancing on the character behind her. her facce turning cherry red as she looked down at the floor again"uhhhh.....ummm.." she glanced back at leo then the floor.

shida still ontop of him felt like she was paralyzed. " uhhh ... its not what you think.....?"shida suddenly stopped her voice short.

shida looked up at the person behind her then fainted again.

The giant doors of the library swung open. "Hello...ello...llo...o" Maki's voice echoed as she entered.
"noooooo!....oooo!" she wailed "nobody's here either!! I wanted to have a party!"
She walked into one of the hallways of the library.... her jaw dropped at the sight that lay before her..
"I'm sorry to have intruded!!!!!!!" she screamed as she bagan to run away only to fail horribly and trip over her own foot.

Kyne looked around hopelessly.

"What...??" He began to wonder what had happened, but then decided that he could sort things out when everyone was conscious again. Not caring for being rude or not to the girl on top of Leo, he shoved her off of him and pulled Leo up.

"Leo... Leo, answer me?" He got no immediate response, but decided to leave that be for the moment.
He then nudged the first girl with his foot.

"And who are you?"

shida felt being nudged and slowly stood up, making a jiggling motion when she stood staring at the strange person. "who are you ....?first...." shida glared at him.

shida stared at him with now keen and interested eyes. waiting for answer she looked at her hand ."ahhh my ring!! ..... where the hell is my ring!"shida now glared at leo.

Kyne raised an eyebrow.

"I asked you first," he said menacingly, baring his pointed teeth as he spoke. "And I think I have a right to know first, after what I just saw."

That was when Shida glared at Leo and said something about a ring. He watched intently incase she did anything else crazy.

"nuh-uh Iasked you ....! now i gotta find my ring that somebody made me lose!" giving a cold scary stare to leo. then she finally gave in"fine.... my name is shida dont get to thinkin anything dumnbass!" shida turned to walk away from him.

Kyne decided that she was probablhy not a threat and turned around.

He glanced at the newest girl, the one who had tripped.

"And how do you fit into all this?"

maki's ears twitched as she came back from her concussion. "...an..d....the...creamy cream....cheeeese....BLAH!!!! wah wha! where am I? who the heck are you people!?!?!"she gasped" who the heck am I?" she hadn't noticed she was walking towards the bookase until she ran into it head first."Oh, that's right! I'm Maki Setsuna!" she stated happily as her hair blew in the non-existant wind.

Kyne almost twitched. What kind of crazy people he was running into today!

Meanwhile, Leo opened his eyes and looked at Shida. She was eyeing him strangely. Immediately he gasped.

"RAPE!!!"

shida turned around to hear what leo screamed out of his mouth. "what the HEll!!!!!....Iturn around one second and now this JACKASS!is screaming at me ! what is wrong with you people!!!!" shida immediatly cracked back at leo as she lost her balance hitting a statue that was near them knocking it off as she fell backwards into a secret unknown hole in the wall. which in turn had closed shut before the others could see.

"DAMMIT ALL TO HELLL!!!!! "shida pounded on the wall to try to see if the others could hear her through it.
shida sat down. immedaitly tears welled up in her eyes.

"RAPE!!>!?!??!?!?!?!?! WHAT !!!?!?! who raped who????!" maki screamed "oh and by the way where did that hole that girl fell into come from?"she asked. she tried to dive in and hit her face on the wall as it closed

Leo cringed when Shida fell into the statue, thinking she was going to attack him, but when he looked back at her she was gone.

And then, responding to Maki's question.

"That crazy girl, Shida.... She was climbing all over me...." His face lit up bright red and he hugged his knees to himself. "Is she gone?"

Kyne, however, smirked when Shida fell behind the wall.

"She's stuck now.." He said, walking over to the wall where he could hear Shida yelling through it.


" We might be able to get you out, yeah. But I kinda like you better on the other side of a wall."

Leo looked at Maki after she hit her face on the wall.

"If I ask if you're all right, you're not gonna start climbing all over me like she did, are you?"

"are you like... scared of girls or something?"maki asked " 'cause you know I think she's like one in 16 billion or at least she seems...different." maki walked over to the wall and hit her head on it again " and yeah i'm gonna be okay i have a ha..." maki said as she passed out

Leo cocked his head to the side and cast Maki a funny look after she banged her head on the wall again and passing out. "You're odd..."

The banging, however, seemed to have did something... The statue slowly began to swing open. Leo got up and hurried to hide behind Kyne. "I think the scary one is coming back...."

shida sat there wiping her tears as if she was a different person. when the wall opened up infront of her showing the others the state of mentality she was in. shida looked up at leo who was hiding behind kyne
as her faced rained with tears that sparkled down.

Kyne glared into the darkness of the secret passage.

"There, you're out now," He said as if it had been his doing that saved her. "Don't do anything dumb."

Leo peeked around Kyne's arm. "Actually, Maki let you out. She hit her head on the wall...."

He then proceded to hide behind Kyne again. "Don't rape me....."


Kyne just stood there, looking menacingly at Shida, implying with his stance that if she did anything.... well, let's just leave it at that.
